Day 01:-Arrival at Kathmandu

After you reach the capital city of Nepal, our respective drivers will drop you to the respective hotels located around the city. In the evening you can stroll around the city or you can go for shopping as well. Before the dinner you will get proper briefing of the tour plan.
Day 02:-Kathmandu sightseeing
Meal:- Breakfast, lunch and dinner
Altitude:- 1400m
Distance:- Kathamandu – Pashupatinath -Swayambhunath – Budhanilkantha: (3hours)
Mode of Transport:- Bus coach
After taking a delicious breakfast, get yourself ready for the day to see the exotic landscape of the Kathmandu valley. You will be provided with AC bus to visit different pilgrimage sites like Pashupatinath, Swayambhunath, Buddhanath, Kathmandu Durbar square, and Jalnaryan.
These are the most viewed pilgrimage sites located around the city. Every year, the pilgrims of different religious beliefs take a tour to Kailash Mansarovar Yatra. When one is travelling to this spiritual land, they never miss the opportunity to take a tour of these pilgrimage sites as well located around Kathmandu.
One can also go for the optional tour to Muktinath Darshan. A travel to the Mukti Kshetra will add extra 4-5 days with the existing package.
Day 03:-Flight to Lhasa Gonggar Airport, Lhasa

After taking breakfast you will be dropped at the domestic airport to take a flight to Lhasa. It will be one and half hours flight and our assistance will help you in checking into the hotel. Lhasa is the capital city of the Tibetan autonomous region located in China. This city is situated on the Himalaya’s northern slopes near the river Lhasa. The word Lhasa means “Land of Gods”. There are mostly two routes popular in Lhasa for the Kailash Yatra, one is from the northern route and the other is from the southern part. This day is for acclimatization purpose. Kailash Mansarovar Yatra is one of the rigorous trips one can undergo in his lifetime. Acclimatization day is to make the tourists well adopted with the surrounding weather and climate.
Upon arrival at Gonggar Airport, Lhasa the group shall meet our local staff / representative who will escort the group to the pre booked hotel in Lhasa. You will take 2hours to reach the hotel. As Lhasa is located at higher elevation, utilise the day for acclimatization purpose. Spend the night at Hotel Brahmaputra or similar in Lhasa.
Day 04:-Lhasa sightseeing

Altitude:- Lhasa- 3656m Potala Palace- 3700m, Jorkhang temple- 3650m and Barkhor- 3650m
Distance:- Lhasa to Potala Palace – 3.2kms (30 minutes)
Potala Palace to Jokhang Temple- 4.7km (17 minutes)
Jokhang to Barkhor Street- within 1 km (10 minutes)

After taking ravishing breakfast, you will be getting proper commute support to visit the local places across Lhasa. You will be visiting Potala Palace, Jorkhang temple and Barkhor.
Patola Palace: it is one of the most visited places in Lhasa. Earlier the Dalai Lama used to stay in this palace until the 14th Dalai Lama left the palace for the Tibetan uprising in the year 1959. Now this place is considered the world heritage site. Due to the presence of Mt. Potalaka, this palace got its name. This mountain was believed to be the holy shrine of bodhisatwa Avolokiteshwara. Songtsen Gampo built this palace. The overview from the palace will make you spellbound.
Jorkhang temple: The other name of this monastery is Qoikang monastery located Barkhor square. The Tibetans believe this place to be one of the sacred regions. Mostly, Gelug school of B uddhism maintain this temple presently, but they are quite acceptable in practicing other Buddhism’s sects. If you are an ardent lover of architecture, then you will be mesmerized by its beautiful structure. You will find a complete blend of Nepalese design, Tibetan architecture and vihara design of India art culture. King Songtsen Gompo founded this temple as well. It will be a complete time wrap for you when you will take a trip to this beautiful monastery.
Barkhor: this is the ancient area of Lhasa city. When Songtsen Gampo built the beautiful temple of Jorkhang, then thousands of pilgrims take a visit to the Jorkhang temple. This road appeared as the roadway for the pilgrims to enter the Jorkhang palace. Many pilgrims believe to take a clockwise hold of the prayer wheels. This street is made up of stone boards which are hand polished. If you are shopaholic then this place is a complete hub for you to explore. You will find floating stands as well on the corner of the city. This part of the city offers you a complete mixture of art, culture, food, history, science.
Later you will be dropped back in the hotel.
Day 05:-Drive to Shighatse and sightseeing
Meal:- Breakfast, lunch and dinner
Altitude:- 4500m
Distance:- Drive – 350kms (7-8hours)
Mode of Transport:- Bus coach
You have to start your day early in the morning. Today you will be taking a 360km drive to Sightse. You will enjoy the exotic landscape of the valley. You will visit the golden gilded statue of Buddha Maitreya, the highest in the world.
Sightse is a traditional seat of one of the Buddhist monk called Panchen Lama. Earlier it was the cultural and the political site of Tsang. You will find out various kind of beautiful building around this area. The tourists are mostly fascinated with the beauty of the art and architecture of this famous place. The relics of the place show the majestic Shigatse dynasty.
You will find out many monasteries around this area. The most important one is Tashihunpo Monastery. This monastery is located on the north western part of the city. The beautiful golden roofs and the red walls will give you a magnificent sight to look at. Here you will look at the largest Buddha figure made of copper. The ornamented statue of Buddha attracts the pilgrims all across the world. Every year, the program called Buddha Unveiling Festival shows the portraits of the Buddha to the pilgrims.
The tourists also go for Shalu Monastery as well. This shrine is located in the southern east part of the city. If you are interested in architecture, then you will find out a completely beautiful architectural structure taking an influence from both the Tibetan and Han style. The historical relics, beautiful works of art will make you spellbound again and again.

Day 06:-Drive from Shigatse to Saga
Meal:- Breakfast, lunch and dinner
Altitude:- 4640m
Distance:- 447km (8 hours)
Mode of Transport:- bus coach
The next day you will be driving to Saga, the point that falls in the Kailash route. You will be staying in the hotel located in Sanga. You will be getting the best services from our side. Stay overnight in Saga.
Day 07:-Drive from Saga to Mansarovar Lake
Meal:- Breakfast /Lunch and dinner
Altitude:- Saga: 4640m
Lake Mansarovar:- 4590m
Distance:- Saga to Lake Mansarovar – 455kms (6hours)
Mode of Transport:- Bus coach
It will be the most auspicious day for our tourists as they will be driving to Lake Mansarovar. You will take this drive across the rugged landscapes. Finally, you will catch the first glimpse of Mt. Kailash along with the mighty lake Mansarovar. You will be taking a parikrama around the lake by vehicle. It will take around 3 hours to make a parikrama of around 90 kms. At night you will be staying in the mud house or similar kind of guest house located near the Chui Gompa monastery.
Day 08:-Lake Mansarovar Drive to Darchen. From Darchen trekking towards Dhiraphuk
Meal:- B/L/D
Altitude:- Lake Mansarovar: 4,590 m; Darchen (4670m), Dhiraphuk- 4550m
Distance:- 40kms (1.5hours)
Darchen to Dhiraphuk:- Drive to Yumdwar and Trek 10kms trek (6-7hours)
Mode of Transport:- Bus coach and then trekking
After taking breakfast, the driver will drop you to Darchen. It is an hour journey. You will reach Tarboche, from there you will be visiting Yam dwar. This is the origination point for the initiation of Outer Kora. You will be trekking towards Dhiraphuk. On the first day, you will trek for 12 kms which take around 5-6 hours. You will be visiting the northern face of Kailash Mountain and you will do the charan sparsh. In Hindu mythology, Shiva is considered as one of the primary lords. The pilgrims seek blessings from the lord for to accomplish their circumambulation around Mt. Kailash.
Day 09:-Trek from Dhiraphuk to Zuthulphuk
Meal:- Breakfast, Lunch and dinner
Altitude:- Dhiraphuk 4775m, Dolma La Pass: 5630m, Zuthulphuk: 4700m
Distance:- 22kms (10hours)
Mode of Transport:- trekking
Today is the most hectic day in your Kailash tour. You will be trekking to Dolma La pass from Dhiraphuk. From there you will be trekking around 22kms to reach Zuthulphuk. Today, you will be continuing your Parikrama as well. It is one of the most difficult days of your entire journey. On the way back, you will find Gauri kund where you can make your offerings. You have to stay overnight in the guesthouse located in Zuthulphuk.
Day 10:-Zuthulphuk to New Dongba
Meal:- Breakfast, , lunch and dinner
Altitude:- New Dongba: 4500m
Distance:- 8kms
Mode of Transport:- trekking and then drive back to New Dongba
Today you will be trekking around 8kms of distance to complete your parikrama; the bus coach will be waiting for you at the accessible roads. From there, you will be driving back to Darchen. There you will complete your lunch. Gradually you will prepare yourself to go to New Dongba. Stay overnight at the dormitory guest house arranged for you at New Dongba.
Day 11:-New Dongba to Saga
Meal:- Breakfast, Lunch and dinner
Altitude:- New Dongba: 4500m, Saga- 4640m
Distance:- New Donga to Saga
Mode of Transport:- bus coach
Today you will be driving back to Saga from New dongba.
Day 12:-Saga to Shigatse
Meal:- Breakfast, Lunch and dinner
Altitude:- 4500m
Distance:- 935kms
Mode of Transport:- Bus coach
Today you will be going back to Sightse.
Day 13:-Drive to Lhasa from Shigatse
Meal:- Breakfast, Lunch and dinner
Altitude:- 3656m
Distance- Shighatse to Lhasa drive 280kms (5hours)
Mode of Transport:- Bus coach
Today you will be driving back to Lhasa. After lunch, you can indulge yourself in shopping.
Day 14:-Lhasa to Kathmandu
Meal:- Breakfast, Lunch and dinner
Distance:- Lhasa to Kathmandu- FLIGHT
Mode of Transport:- Flight and then bus coach to drop at the hotel
From Lhasa you will be flying back to Kathmandu. You will stay a night in the hotel.
Day 15:-Departure
Meal:- Breakfast, lunch and dinner
Altitude:-1400m
Distance:- 20-25minutes around the capital city
Mode of Transport: Bus coach

Process, Term& condition
Necessary to send color Scan copy of Passport of pilgrimage with name list 40 days before departure for permits processing.
We need 6 Month valid ordinary Passport but Diplomat passport is not acceptable.
We need Yatri’s scan copy of PAN card (Indian citizen only).
Should non refundable deposit Rs 20,000 or USD $ 500 per person as advance before processing.
Underutilized services due to unforeseen circumstances stands non refundable
Indian pilgrimage – Should send Original Passport to our Delhi office By courier or speed post 15 days before from the departure date for China visa Process.
NRI/Other Citizen’s Original Passport will collect after arrival in Kathmandu.
Indian Pilgrims who are 70 Years or above:
Has to submit Medical Report from Indian Government Hospital within 6 months before your journey starts.
Two direct relatives required.
Has to deposit 1000$(USD) before the journey to the company (China GOVT) for any sudden demise.
Health examination is done before Parikrama by Chinese doctors. once you get the approval from doctor then only you can go for Parikrama.
Before the Kailash departures, must clear all remaining Payment.
Cancellation Policy:
Initial amount for booking is INR 20,000/- for Indians & USD 500 for NRI and Foreigners being non-refundable & nontransferable, once booked subsequently intended cancellations & delays caused due to natural, terrorist attack ,political or by the Pilgrim modification reason If the booking is cancelled 30 days prior to departure, INR 30,000 for Indians & USD 600 for foreigners would be charged as cancellation amount.
If the booking is cancelled 20 days prior to departure, 50% of the tour cost will be into cancellation process.
If the booking is cancelled 15 days prior to departure, there will be no refund.
If suddenly program has changed Due to weather problem, natural disaster, landslide, technical problem and political movement, Chinese reason, all additional expenses should be paid by themselves
General Information regarding Kailash Mansarovar Tour.
Insurance: Medical Insurance not compulsory for visa processing but will usefully you do insurance in case any health problem arises during travel.
Oxygen cylinder: Our Company will provide oxygen cylinder in emergency. Usually, oxygen cylinder is not required. However, some pilgrimage we prefer to carry their own handy oxygen cylinders. You may buy small portable cylinder in Tibet. It may cost approx. Yuan 20-30 per cylinder.
Food during Tour: Our cooks will be traveling with you during the entire trip.Our Staff will carry all necessary cooking items and will provide Indian vegetarian food during Yatra..
