Kailash Mansarovar holds great religious significance and serves as ultimate path to attain moksha of the human soul. According to the Puranas, the mountain is a peace symbol on Earth because of its Lotus shape. There is a common belief of circulating the peak to wash off the sins. Pilgrims can get a holy bath in the Mansarovar Lake and Parikarma to Kailash Parvat.

Lapcha la pass (4550m) is located on the Nepal side on the border of the Mansarovar to Tibet which is just 7km away from the lakeshore. The Lake Mansarovar and the holy Mount Kailash are the souls of all AUM followers in the world." Conventional wisdom says a single circuit of Mt. Kailash wipes out the sins of a lifetime, Lapcha la pass, the Kailash viewpoint. Our view of the Lake Mansarovar and Holy Mount Kailash, the Nandi parvat, and Asthapad will fill our sights.
